    Childline: For those under 19, call 0800 1111 for support.

Seeking  Help:

    NHS 111: For urgent mental health help, call 111 or visit the NHS website for guidance.
    Local Services: Use resources like the Hub of Hope to find mental health services in your area as well as communication with your GP.

Emergency Situations:

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. Mental health emergencies are treated with the same urgency as physical emergencies.
